We just wanted a good bagel and when we couldn't find one, BlueSide was born. At BlueSide Bagel, we're just on a quest to make a better bagel, and while we're at it, we figured we'd share with the community around us.  

Let's get weird. We're constantly testing out new recipes, using different ingredients, different batch sizes, and different flavors. But at the end of the day, we're always leveraging quality ingredients and looking for consistent results. It's a fun adventure.
